The weather continues to improve in the north and on the central coast as more sunshine and warmer temperatures spread up from the south. The southern beaches continue to bask in wall to wall tropical sunshine and Nha Trang on the south central coast is set fair as the winter winds die down. The only caveat relates to the high hills of Sapa and Ha Giang that are still cool and can be foggy. All in all a great month to visit.
One thing to note when travelling in February is that during TET (Vietnamese New Year) the majority of shops, museums and restaurants are closed for about a week. The date varies from year to year and we’ll advise if this affects your preferred dates of travel.
