Overview
For most, the perfect end to any holiday is a few days on the beach and from Phnom Penh the Cambodia coast is 3 hours away. If you're a true beach lover we'd recommend that you hop on a boat and head to Koh Rong, 1 hour from the mainland and ringed by powder white beaches and little else. If the beach isn't the main consideration and you just want to relax in a beautiful environment then Kep will hit the mark. This laid back seaside resort found fame as a Khmer retreat offering an atmospheric stay by the sea. Except for a crab market and some simple restaurants there is little else here, but you can visit outlying islands.
Day 1: After the group tour transfer to your choice of beach resort for 5 nights (or less / more)
Days 2-5: 4 days to relax on the beach, enjoy the hotel's facilities & perhaps take an optional excursion
Day 6: Perhaps extend your beach stay? Otherwise airport transfer and overnight flight home

Day 1: Cambodia Tour Ends - Head For The Beach
A great way to end any holiday, this morning you'll be transferred to Cambodia's coast for 5 nights by the sea in Sihanoukville, Kep or an idyllic outlying Island. We only use 5 nights as an example.
Days 2-5: Beach Days (B)
4 full days to enjoy your beachside location, relax by the pool, stroll along the beach and perhaps explore the surrounding seas & islands.
Koh Rong
If you're a true beach lover we'd recommend that you hop on a boat and head to Koh Rong, 1 hour from the mainland and ringed by powder white beaches and little else. The surrounding seas are made to be explored by snorkel, kayak and paddle board.
Kep
If the beach isn't the main consideration and you just want to relax in a beautiful environment then Kep will hit the mark. This laid back seaside resort found fame as a Khmer retreat offering an atmospheric stay by the sea, with authentically renovated hotels lining the shore and nestling in the hills to create a special feel. Except for a crab market and some simple restaurants there is little else here, but this is what adds to its allure. There’s no beach but you can visit outlying islands.
Day 6: Beach (B) - Departure Transfer - Fly Home
Why not add a few more days relaxing on the beach? If it's time to say goodbye enjoy a final morning on the beach then transfer to Phnom Penh airport and fly home overnight.
